How is IP SkillsMatch Funded?
Simple - we take a small advertising fee from employers, IP SkillsMatch does not take a commission (usually 15% of year one salary) for placing a candidate.
IP SkillsMatch does not charge the Candidate either - This is a FREE service to potential recruits.
How should I complete the Submission form?
Simply, Carefully and Accurately!
Ensure that the submission reflects the vacancy that you are applying for - a "Bog Standard" submission will neither help the employer nor your chances of gaining the position.
Ensure that it is well presented, well structured and "Typo Free" - bad presentation, grammar and spelling will almost certainly end up in the bin!
Finally - Dont Lie! - Sure as eggs are eggs they will come back to bite your bum! Although IPSkillsMatch dont take up references, the employer will.
